On June 13, Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee, Hanoi continued to organize the payment of compensation and site clearance support for households and individuals whose land was recovered to implement the Hanoi International Sports Urban Area project in Kim Chau village.
In this payment phase, 106 households and individuals subject to land acquisition in Kim Chau village received compensation and support with a total budget of more than 88 billion VND.
To ensure the rights of the people, the payment work is organized and implemented by the Commune People's Committee in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by law; ensuring publicity, transparency, democracy and accuracy.
The stages from checking dossiers, comparing information, confirming personal information to guiding the signature and payment of funds are all carried out strictly and scientifically, creating the most favorable conditions for households to come to carry out procedures.
At the disbursement session, officials in Task Force No. 3 directly inspected the implementation process, encouraged forces performing tasks, and at the same time acknowledged the spirit of cooperation and consensus of households in site clearance work.
The active coordination of the people has made an important contribution to helping the payment work take place smoothly, safely, in accordance with regulations and on schedule.
Organizing the payment of compensation and support for site clearance on schedule not only ensures the legitimate rights and interests of people whose land is recovered but also creates favorable conditions to accelerate site clearance work, soon hand over clean land to serve project implementation according to plan, contributing to realizing the goal of modern and civilized urban development in the future.
