On November 2, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province approved the auction plan for land use rights of the high-rise complex housing project along the river in Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province (about 1.9ha).
According to the plan of the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, the land of the Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province riverside complex housing project (about 1.9 ha) belongs to plots of land No. 61, 75, 131, map sheet No. 57 and plot No. 62, map sheet No. 58, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province, with an auctioned land area of 15,793.8 m2. The area of land not auctioned is 3,412.5 m2, including external traffic land and technical infrastructure land - power station.
Regarding the origin of the land previously managed and used by Dong Nai Petroleum Company, assigned to the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management, the current status of the land is vacant, with no technical infrastructure system on the land. Regarding traffic connection in the area, the land is adjacent to Ha Huy Giap and Nguyen Thanh Phuong streets.
The total investment capital of the project includes the starting price of the auction and the expected total construction investment. In which, the starting price for the auction will be approved by the Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee; the total estimated construction investment is more than 3,549 billion VND.
