On November 1, the Market Management Department of Ninh Binh province said that the unit is strictly handling violations in e-commerce activities in the province.
Previously, on October 29, the Inspection Team of Market Management Team No. 1 under the Provincial Market Management Department conducted a surprise inspection of T.H.HTL Company Limited (address in Phu Ly Ward, Ninh Binh Province).
After checking the actual operation of the website and comparing information on the E-commerce Management Portal of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy - Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Inspection Team confirmed that the website was operating normally, with posted information and images of products (computers, computer components...) and integrated the online ordering function but did not notify the e-commerce website for sales to the competent state management agency according to regulations before selling.
Market Management Team No. 1 has administratively sanctioned T.H.HTL Company Limited for the above behavior, with a fine of 30 million VND according to current law.
