According to the record, member enterprises of Becamex Industrial Investment and Development Group - JSC (Becamex Group) are speeding up the progress of the social housing project in Zone 6 Viet Sing in Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
This project has an investment capital of VND 1,590 billion, building 1,867 apartments. This project will build 5 blocks of 22 floors high houses and 1 block of 7 floors high parking lot on an area of 19,503 m2. The project started in November 2024, with a construction period of 2 years.
In addition, Becamex Group is also implementing the construction of a social housing project in Dinh Hoa area 5 ( Chanh Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City). The project has an investment capital of 1,353 billion VND to build 2,372 apartments.
According to records, both of the above projects are being implemented in areas near industrial parks, with a large concentration of workers. Projects continue to open up opportunities to access affordable social housing for immigrant workers.
Previously, Becamex Group successfully built many social housing projects in Thuan Giao ward, Binh Duong ward, Ben Cat ward, Bau Bang commune.
Social housing is built with many blocks of 1 ground floor and 4 upper floors to reduce investment costs for construction to minimize apartment prices. The investors apply the design solution of the middle corridor and apartments on both sides.

Each typical apartment has an area of 30 m2 (of which the solstice is 10 m2). The selling price of each apartment is only from 100 million VND to 300 million VND. Workers are allowed to borrow capital in installments with preferential interest rates.
According to records, in the period from 2011 - 2021, Becamex Group has deployed the construction of about 47,500 apartments to provide accommodation for tens of thousands of workers.
