On November 1, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a document agreeing on the proposal of the Department of Construction to announce 3 additional social housing projects with preferential loans under the credit program of VND 120,000 billion.
According to the Department of Construction, 5 projects have been announced in previous phases, including: Industrial Park Workers' Housing Project (Nhon Trach Commune, Dong Nai Province) invested by IDICO Urban and Industrial Park Development Company Limited;
The Workers' Service Apartment Project (under the Housing Development Project at Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center) invested by Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company;
The Social Housing Project in Bao Vinh Ward (Bao Vinh Ward, Dong Nai Province) invested by Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd.;
A6-A7 Social Housing Project (Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province) invested by Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company;
Hung Thinh Social Housing Project (Binh Phuoc Ward, Dong Nai Province) invested by Hung Thinh Financial Investment Joint Stock Company.
3 projects proposed by the Department of Construction to be announced by the Provincial People's Committee include: Social housing apartment project under the Project "Residential area according to planning in Long Thanh town, Long Thanh district" in Long Thanh commune, Dong Nai province, invested by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company
The project "Social housing on a 1.4-hectare land plot in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city" in Long Hung ward, Dong Nai province is invested by Chuong Duong Home Land Joint Stock Company.
The NXH2 Social Housing Apartment Project - Block A, Block B (belonging to the Phuoc Tan Resettlement Area and Resettlement Area Project, Dong Nai Province) in Phuoc Tan Ward, Dong Nai Province is invested by An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.
