On May 13, the Department of Construction of Dong Nai city just issued a document on posting and announcing the selling price of social housing at social housing apartment building NXH2 - Block B, belonging to the Phuoc Tan ward residential and resettlement project, Dong Nai city.
Block B is 12 floors high, including 416 apartments with the announced selling price of nearly 20 million VND/m2, including 5% value-added tax, excluding 2% maintenance costs. The project investor has also announced the receipt of applications to buy apartments from May 30 to the end of June 30, 2026, the application receiving location is at the company office in the project area.
Previously, at the end of 2025, the project completed building block A with 275 apartments and handed them over to customers.
The residential and resettlement area project in Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai city has a total area of nearly 50 hectares. In which, the 20% land fund for social housing has an area of nearly 4 hectares, with a scale of nearly 1,200 apartments.
According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai City, Dong Nai is a large industrial area, with a large labor force, and a very large number of workers and migrant workers. Therefore, industrial development must go hand in hand with synchronous development of social infrastructure for workers. This is not only a requirement for social security, but also a condition for sustainable development.
In the coming time, the city will continue to promote the development of social housing, worker accommodation areas; invest in cultural, medical, educational institutions, kindergartens, community living areas and essential public services in or near industrial parks so that workers have a more stable place to live, better living conditions, and feel secure and attached for a longer time.
