On May 19, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed a decision to hand over 554.3m2 of land in My Thanh commune (now My Xuyen commune), My Duc district to the People's Committee of My Duc district to implement the project of Construction of technical infrastructure for auction of land use rights in area 2, pond area 4, Vinh Lac village, My Thanh commune, My Duc district.
The location, boundary, and area of the land for project implementation are determined in 2 QH 01 Master Plan drawings, scale 1/500, prepared by Viet A Architecture Consulting and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company in 2024 and confirmed by My Duc District People's Committee. The boundary coordinates were handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on May 7, 2024.
Of the total area of 554.3m2 of land, there are 456.3m2 of residential land for auctioning land use rights; 98m2 of land for building technical infrastructure.
The City People's Committee assigned the My Duc District People's Committee to be responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, and ensure compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management.
At the same time, develop a plan for auctioning land use rights to submit to competent authorities for approval and organize land use rights auctions in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the 2024 Land Law, the 2016 Property Auction Law, Decrees, Circulars guiding the implementation and current regulations of the city on auctioning land use rights to allocate land with land use fees or lease land in Hanoi City, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, publicity, transparency and efficiency.
The People's Committee of My Duc district guides the organization, household, and individual who win the auction to fulfill their financial obligations, register land use rights, prepare documents to apply for a construction permit, and issue certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights, and other assets attached to land according to regulations.
Along with that, using land for the right purpose, boundary, and area; implementing investment projects in accordance with the provisions of law.
