It is expected that on May 15, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will coordinate with My Duc District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of residential land use rights to allocate land with land use fees for 28 plots of land with a total area of 3,776.9m2 in An My and Thuong Lam communes, My Duc district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 74 - 279m2; starting price from 4.6 - 5.8 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in one round at the auction using the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 29 to 5:00 p.m. on May 12. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 15 at the Hall of the People's Committee of An My commune, My Duc district, Hanoi.
Previously, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company issued a notice of auction of land use rights for 22 plots of land with a total area of 2,956.5m2 in Hop Tien and Le Thanh communes, My Duc district, Hanoi city on May 8.
The plots of land have an area of 93 - 170.4m2; the starting price for each plot of land is from 2.97 - 4.92 million VND/m2. The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 22 to 5:00 p.m. on May 5. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 8 at the People's Committee of Le Thanh commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city.
On April 3, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company coordinated with My Duc District Land Fund Development Center to successfully auction 47 plots of land in An Tien, Van Tin, Huong Son, Le Thanh, Phu Luu Te, My Xuyen communes and Dai Nghia town.
The plots of land have an area of 88 - 250m2, the starting price of the plots ranges from 3.5 - 8.5 million VND/m2. The auction attracted nearly 200 customers with 556 bids participating in the auction. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction.
As a result of the auction, the plot of land with the highest winning price belonged to plot No. 4, with an area of 94.6m2, with a winning price of 50.52 million VND/m2. The lowest winning price was 11.59 million VND/m2. With 47 plots successfully auctioned, My Duc district is expected to collect 122 billion VND.
