National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just issued a notice to auction the right to use 18 plots of land at the Technical Infrastructure project of the auction area of Van Diem commune (now Van Nhat commune), Thuong Tin district, Hanoi City on June 2.
The total area of the land is 3,351.5m2; the plots of land have areas ranging from 128 - 378.8m2. The starting price of the first round of auction is 10,626,000 VND/m2.
The starting price from the 2nd bidder is the highest valid price in the adjacent previous bidder. In case in the front round, the highest price is the highest price equal to the starting price of the auction, the starting price of the next round is equal to the starting price of the front round, plus a price step.
The price step for a plot of land in a plot of land marked TT2 (with a high floor built according to the plan of 1 floor) is 1,500,000 VND/m2. The plots of land in the land plot marked TT10, TT11 (with a high floor built according to the plan of 2 floors) are 4,000,000 VND/m2.
Auctioned by direct voting many rounds for each parcel of land at the auction and minimum through 4 mandatory auctions; In case, if in the bidder any before the 4th round of auction, the minimum valid price is equal to the starting price approved by the District People's Committee plus 3 more steps, then determined to be the winning bidder, if the next round of the auction is no longer involved in the price. The direct vote of many rounds at the auction ends when no one is involved in the price.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on May 17 to 5:00 p.m. on May 28. The auction will start at 8:30 a.m. on February 2 at the Hall of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Thuong Tin town (address: Ly Tu Tan Street, Thuong Tin town, Thuong Tin district, Hanoi city).
It is expected that on May 25, the auction of 24 residential land plots in Binh Xa village, Quang Trung commune ( BP01 symbol), Thach That district, Hanoi city will take place. The plots of land are divided into 2 groups, with starting prices from 10.3 - 15.9 million VND/m2. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 25 at the Hall of the Center for Culture - Information and Sports of Thach That district.
On May 29, an auction of 35 plots of land in My Xuyen commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city will take place. The plots of land have an area of 97 - 315.5m2; the starting price for the plots ranges from 3.1 - 4.9 million VND/m2. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 29 at the Hall of the People's Committee of My Xuyen commune (old My Thanh commune People's Committee), My Duc district, Hanoi city.
