The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a notice of approval for real estate businesses to implement the pilot project.
Accordingly, the list of land plots expected to implement the pilot project includes 148 land plots with a total area of about 840.36 hectares (of which the rice-growing land area is about 169.54 hectares).
Of these, in many districts, there are dozens of land plots in the list, such as Long Bien district with 18 projects; Dong Anh district with 17 projects; Hoang Mai district with 13 projects; Thanh Xuan district with 12 projects; Nam Tu Liem district, Hoai Duc district with 11 projects.
Most of the projects are housing construction, including low-rise housing, high-rise housing, commercial housing, ecological housing, housing - commercial service complexes...
This notice is the basis for real estate business organizations and relevant state agencies to take the next steps to implement the pilot project.
Previously, at the 22nd session (taking place on April 29), the City People's Council passed a resolution approving the List of land plots expected to implement pilot projects including 148 land plots with a total area of about 840.36 hectares, of which the rice land area is about 169.54 hectares.
