The Hanoi People's Council has just approved the List of land plots expected to implement projects in the city according to Resolution No. 171/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly on implementing commercial housing projects through agreements to receive rights or currently have land use rights.
The list of land plots expected to implement the pilot project includes 148 land plots with a total area of about 840.36 hectares (of which the rice-growing land area is about 169.54 hectares).
Accordingly, investors are allowed to negotiate the right to use agricultural and non-agricultural land (commercial and service land) to build commercial housing projects.
This decision demonstrates the city's strong determination to remove difficulties and obstacles in real estate business activities, creating conditions to increase the supply of houses and land and contributing to the implementation of the economic growth target of high level in 2025 and the following years.
In the list that the City People's Council has just approved, there are 17 land plots in Dong Anh district piloting commercial housing projects through agreements to receive land use rights.
