The Ca Ty River apartment project, Phan Thiet city has a land area of 63,949 m2, built in Phu Tai ward, Phan Thiet city with a total investment of nearly 800 billion VND from the local budget.

Regarding progress, the Management Board of the Binh Thuan Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project said that by the end of March 2025, the project has implemented construction packages - phase 1 including 4 apartment blocks A1, A2, B1, B2 and medium and low voltage lines, transformer stations. Currently, these 4 apartment blocks have completed the mass casting and compaction of piles and have been organized by the construction unit to work overtime to speed up the construction progress, expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. Construction units will organize overtime at night to speed up construction progress.

According to records at the construction site on the afternoon of March 31, many mechanical machines and workers are constructing the items. The materials are mainly transported and installed by cranes. In the area of the Ca Ty River bank, concrete piles are being built onto the ground. The construction area is fenced with corrugated iron to ensure construction safety.

For the construction package - phase 2, including 2 blocks of apartment buildings C1, C2, traffic roads, riverbank embankments, flower gardens, parks - trees, technical infrastructure and medium and low voltage lines, transformer stations (of phase 2) are also focusing on implementation.
The investor signed a contract with the contractor for the 2 blocks of apartments C1 and C2 and the auxiliary items and started construction in December 2024, expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026.

Regarding land acquisition for the project, the authorities have completed the counting of 18/18 land acquisition notices of 15 households and 3 organizations with 98 dossiers (of which, 15 households/95 dossiers and 3 organizations/3 dossiers). The People's Committee of Phu Tai Ward has completed the legal review and has transferred the 52 1998 dossier to the City Land Fund Development Center. The remaining 46 dossiers, of which 44 dossiers have been completed by the People's Committee of Phu Tai Ward, have been legally considered; the remaining 2 dossiers are still under legal consideration. The locality is synthesizing to transfer to the City Land Fund Development Center.

Up to this point, the project's implementation progress is basically guaranteed with the estimated construction volume reaching about 15%.
The Ca Ty River apartment project in Phan Thiet city is invested to serve the needs of resettlement for households subject to land acquisition, relocation of residence to implement the Ca Ty River embankment project (from Duc Thanh bridge to Ung Van Khiem street), and at the same time resettle other projects in the city to create landscape and urban beautification.
