The Hue City Property Auction Service Center in coordination with the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Area 2 has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 32 residential land lots in 4 planning areas and residential areas in Phong Phu Ward, Hue City.
Of which, the central planning area of Dien Huong commune (phase 1 - phase 1) has 16 lots, with a total area of over 3,110m2. The plots of land are located in Thanh Huong Tay village (now Thanh Huong Tay residential group, Phong Phu ward), locations 2 and 3, adjacent to the inter-commune road and National Highway 49B. Technical infrastructure such as electricity, water, and roads have been completed, with no assets attached to the land.
The residential area of the transportation team of Giap Nam village (now Giap Nam Residential Group) has 3 plots of land, with a total area of 753.7m2. The lots are located at location 2, area 1, frontage of planned routes 12m, 13.5m and status quo road 6m. Technical infrastructure is fully invested, there are no assets on the land.
The inter-residential area of village 8 (now residential group 8) has a single plot with an area of 234.1m2, located at location 1, area 1. The system of leveling, electricity, water, and transportation has been completed and the existing infrastructure is shared.
The residential area of the commercial center of Ke Mon village 2 (now Ke Mon residential group 2) has 12 lots, with a total area of 4,440.7m2, located at location 1, area 1, frontage of planned routes of 13.5m, 6m and status quo road. Technical infrastructure is invested synchronously, without assets on the land.
The plots of land have an area ranging from 149.9 - 410.4m2, starting price from 1.5 - 2.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 346 million VND to 820.2 million VND/plot.
Invitation documents to participate in the auction will be sold and received during the office hours from 8:00 a.m. on October 23, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on November 11, 2025, at the Hue City Property Auction Service Center (No. 17 Nguyen Van Linh, Huong An Ward, Hue City). On the morning of November 10, 2025, the Center will also receive documents at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Phong Phu Ward. The selling price of the documents is 100,000 VND/plot.
The auction is conducted by direct voting at the auction using the method of bidding up, without limiting the number of rounds. The payment voucher is issued by the Center according to the form.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:00 a.m. on November 14, 2025, at the Hall of the People's Committee of Phong Phu Ward, Hue City.
