In October 2025, the Property Auction Service Center No. 2 of Phu Tho province will organize many auctions of land use rights (LURs) in communes and wards in the area to allocate land with land use fees collected to eligible individuals according to regulations.
The localities with the auctioned assets are Vinh Hung commune: 11 plots of land in the Dong Duc service land, total area of 1,188 m2, starting price of 9 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 10.7 billion VND. The auction is scheduled for October 23.
Vinh Phuc ward has 6 land plots in Dong Mon residential area and Yet Kieu street, with a total area of 610.1 m2. The lots in the central location have a starting price of up to 22 million VND/m2, with a total value of more than 8.2 billion VND. The auction was held on October 29.
Next is Song Lo commune with 10 plots of land in Bai Duoi area, 500kV power line resettlement area... with a total area of 2,192.75 m2. The starting price ranges from 950,000 - 4,000,000 VND/m2, with a total value of about 6.57 billion VND. The auction took place on October 30.
All plots of land have a residential purpose, with a long term of use. According to the announcement, the auctions are conducted in the form of indirect voting in one round via post. Participants submit payment forms by letter, the forms must be received by the Center before the prescribed time limit.
Participants are individuals eligible for State land allocation under the 2024 Land Law. Auction participants must buy documents (100,000 - 200,000 VND/locality) and pay a deposit equal to 20% of the land lot value. This amount will be refunded within 3 working days if the auction is not won.
The announcement also emphasizes that participants must send a bid in a sealed envelope with a seal signature; the bid price is not lower than the starting price, with a minimum step of 1,000 VND/m2.
The auction winner is responsible for paying all taxes, fees, charges and paying within the notice period. In case of failure to do so, the auction results will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
