Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has announced information on the Investment Project to build a social housing area in Ngan Hanh village, Hoan Long commune to call on investors to register to participate in implementation.
The project is implemented on an area of about 3.7 hectares, of which land for social housing construction accounts for more than 20,700 m2, expected to form about 1,390 apartments in 2 19-story buildings. In addition, the project also arranges a land fund for low-rise commercial housing with 47 adjacent units, along with synchronous technical infrastructure, green trees, and traffic.
The land area for project implementation is currently mainly agricultural land and a part of traffic and irrigation land managed by the locality. According to the plan, this area is identified as residential land in the urban development orientation.
The project has a total estimated investment of nearly 1,800 billion VND, using capital from investors and other legal mobilized sources. The expected implementation time is within 2 years from the time the land is allocated.
The project implementation aims to contribute to the implementation of the goal of developing social housing according to the targets assigned by the Government for the period 2026-2030, and at the same time supplement the housing fund to serve policy beneficiaries in the province.
The Department of Construction of Hung Yen province is the unit that receives project implementation registration dossiers from investors within 30 days from the date the information is posted.
