On March 28, according to information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the unit has just issued a decision on announcing the list of newly issued administrative procedures, amended and supplemented in the field of housing and registration under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction and the People's Committee of communes in the province.
Accordingly, the commune-level People's Committee is assigned to carry out administrative procedures in the field of housing, related to registration for purchase, lease-purchase, lease of social housing, as well as borrowing capital for households and individuals to build or renovate and repair houses themselves.
According to the announced list, the commune level will be the agency directly confirming some important conditions for people to access social housing policies.
Including confirmation of housing conditions for cases where people do not have housing owned by them.
Cases where there is housing but the average area per capita is lower than 15 m2 of floor space/person.
Along with that, confirming the conditions for preferential loans from the State through the Social Policy Bank or credit institutions designated by the State to build, renovate, and repair houses.
In addition, the commune-level People's Committee also implements the confirmation of subjects entitled to social housing support policies; confirmation of subjects and income to be entitled to policies.
At the same time, confirming the income conditions to be able to buy or rent social housing for some groups of subjects according to the provisions of the Housing Law.
Regarding the settlement deadline, some contents confirming housing or income conditions are implemented within 7 days.
For some cases of confirmation related to preferential loans or confirmation of policy beneficiaries, the list of announcements does not specify a time limit for resolution.
According to the decision, the Commune-level Public Administrative Service Center is the place to receive and return results, and the Commune-level People's Committee is the agency to carry out procedures. People can submit dossiers directly, through public postal services or online through the National Public Service Portal.
