Hung Yen Department of Construction has just publicly announced the selling price of social housing at CT1A and CT1B buildings belonging to the high-rise social housing project at land plot CT-01, Yen My II Industrial Park Housing Area Construction Investment Project.
According to the Department of Construction, the announcement is made based on Document No. 40/2026/CV-HPYM dated June 24, 2026 of Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development Joint Stock Company and the provisions of Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly and Decree No. 192/2025/ND-CP of the Government on social housing development.
The project is located in Yen My commune, Hung Yen province, invested by Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development Joint Stock Company.
The average selling price announced for CT1A building cluster is 21,693,103 VND/m2 of apartment floor space; CT1B building cluster is 21,563,365 VND/m2 of apartment floor space.
The above price includes the value-added tax (VAT) of 5%, not including the adjustment coefficient according to apartment location (coefficient Ki) and the maintenance cost of the common ownership part of the apartment building according to regulations. Detailed selling price of each apartment is approved by the investor in Decision No. 39/QD-HPYM dated June 15, 2026.
Along with announcing selling prices, the Department of Construction also publicly discloses relevant documents such as selling price approval decisions, selling price determination tables, selling price appraisal reports and requests the Information Technology Center - Office of the Provincial People's Committee to fully post them on the province's electronic information portal for people to follow and prepare dossiers to register to buy social housing according to regulations.
The Department of Construction requests investors to publicly disclose selling prices on the enterprise's electronic information page; and at the same time ensure full procedures for selling social housing according to current regulations.
The investor must also disclose information about the project, announce the time of receiving applications, the number of apartments for sale, the application submission location and related information for people to access, register and supervise according to regulations.
