The project is invested by Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company, a member of Dat Phuong Group. The project is built on an area of more than 23,935 m2, with a total investment of about 700 billion VND, including 4 7-story apartment blocks with 684 apartments, meeting accommodation for about 2,172 residents. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
According to Da Nang City People's Committee, the locality is assigned to develop nearly 29,000 social housing apartments in the period 2025 - 2030. In 2026 alone, the city sets a target of deploying nearly 5,000 apartments, while promoting the expansion of land funds, reforming investment procedures, mobilizing social resources and controlling project quality to ensure people have access to synchronous and safe living spaces.
Leaders of the City People's Committee affirmed that social housing is one of the pillars of the social security policy. The commencement of the project in Con Tien shows the city's determination in implementing the policy of developing social housing, and at the same time contributes to completing the target assigned by the Government.
The investor said that he has completed legal procedures so that the project is eligible to start construction and committed to focusing resources on finance, human resources, and equipment to deploy the project on schedule, ensuring quality, labor safety and environmental protection. The appraisal of social housing buyers and tenants will be coordinated to be carried out publicly and transparently according to regulations.
Representatives of the contractor consortium represented by VINACONEX 25 Joint Stock Company committed to organize scientific construction, comply with technical, quality, schedule and safety requirements, and strive to complete the project on schedule.
The Social Housing project in Con Tien Urban Area is expected to supplement the supply of social housing for Da Nang, create more housing opportunities for workers, contribute to building synchronous residential areas, improve living quality and promote sustainable urban development in the period 2026-2030.
