    Dong Nai - July 14, the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City has just proposed to announce the selling price of 4 social housing projects in the area, priced from 8.5 million VND/m2 to more than 25.6 million VND/m2.

    In which, the social housing project of the adjacent residential area of Dong Xoai 1 Industrial Park in Dong Xoai ward invested by Oky SAIGON Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, the price of apartments is usually more than 8.9 million VND/m2 of floor and the price of corner houses is more than 10.2 million VND/m2 of floor (including value-added tax, excluding maintenance costs).

    Thai Cong Thuan Loi Residential Area project in Thuan Loi commune invested by Thuan Loi Thai Cong Real Estate Co., Ltd. is priced from more than 8.5 million VND/m2 floor to nearly 9.8 million VND/m2 floor (including value-added tax, excluding maintenance costs).

    Social housing in the 2.85 ha land area of Ho Nai ward invested by Mien Dong Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has 1,382 social housing apartments for sale, the average selling price is more than 25.6 million VND/m2 (including value-added tax).

    HAP-1 social housing belongs to the Residential Area project according to the plan in Nhon Trach ward invested by Phu Hoi Urban Area Co., Ltd., with a quantity of 1,104 units, the average selling price is more than 24.3 million VND/m2 (including value-added tax).

    The Department of Construction of Dong Nai City also proposed to disclose information for the Social Housing Area Project in An Phuoc commune, Dong Nai City invested by SIB Vietnam Trading and Service Co., Ltd. with preferential loan needs under the 120,000 billion VND credit program in Resolution No. 33/NQ-CP dated March 11, 2023 of the Government.

    On July 13, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction announced that 174 social housing units formed in the future belonging to CC1 apartment building of the Social Housing Area Project in Bao Vinh ward are eligible to be put into business according to the provisions of law.

    The social housing area project in Bao Vinh ward is invested by Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., with a scale of more than 16.7ha, of which the land fund for social housing is more than 6ha, including townhouses and 2 apartment blocks CC1, CC2. The entire project has more than 1,000 social housing units.
