The People's Committee of Hung Yen province has just issued a Decision on adjusting the progress of the Quang Lang - Dang Le Industrial Cluster (CCN) Investment Project. Accordingly, the project implementation progress is adjusted as follows: "In September 2026, complete synchronous technical infrastructure and put the industrial cluster into operation". The reason for the adjustment is that the shortage of filling materials in the past has affected the project implementation progress.
Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Directors of the Departments of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Construction, Provincial Tax Department; Chairman of the People's Committees of Nguyen Trai and Xuan Truc communes; Director of Hung Yen Infrastructure Development and Trade Services Joint Stock Company and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
The Quang Lang - Dang Le Industrial Park investment project is invested by Hung Yen Infrastructure Development and Trading Services Joint Stock Company. The project has a total investment of about 1,003 billion VND.
Quang Lang - Dang Le Industrial Park is one of the key industrial clusters of Hung Yen province, conveniently located when adjacent to the new National Highway 38 to the North and the axis service road connecting the two expressways of Hanoi - Hai Phong (CT.05) and Cau Gie - Ninh Binh to the West, about 8 km from the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway intersection.
From the project, it is possible to conveniently connect traffic with inter-regional routes, especially provinces in the Northern key economic region, as well as Hai Phong, Quang Ninh seaports and Noi Bai international airport.
The main occupations in the industrial cluster include: mechanical and electronics manufacturing, construction materials; production and trading of garment products; civil wood, high-end handicrafts; glass and plastic production; occupations using on-site materials, using a lot of labor and not causing environmental pollution.
With the advantage of location and sustainable development orientation, Quang Lang - Dang Le Industrial Park is expected to become the center of the industrial supply chain of the Red River Delta, effectively connecting large industrial - urban centers such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh within a radius of 1-1,5 hours of travel.
