On September 22, Mr. Do Huynh Tan Thai - Tan Hop Hamlet, Bau Ham Commune, Dong Nai Province - said that he and many workers working at Bao Loc Waste Treatment Plant had just sent a petition to Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Thai said that Bao Loc Waste Treatment Plant - operated by Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company. This company owes workers wages and social insurance for a long time, causing difficulties for many people.
The collective of workers has submitted petitions many times, but Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company has not resolved them satisfactorily.
In November 2024, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province (old) issued a decision to administratively sanction Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company. At the same time, this company is required to pay full wages and social insurance for employees according to regulations.

According to the proposal of relevant units, the People's Committee of Bao Loc city (old Lam Dong province) has issued a document directing the payment of wages to workers through the Trade Union. Thanks to that, during the 2025 Lunar New Year, 35 workers were paid a portion of their salary with the amount of 505 million VND.
Receiving the petition of the collective of workers working at Bao Loc Waste Treatment Plant, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee recently issued a document directing the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with Bao Loc Ward 3 People's Committee to inspect and handle the incident.
"I hope the authorities will soon intervene so that Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company can fully pay our salary and social insurance debts," Mr. Thai expressed.
