According to the Department of Construction, the announcement is based on Resolution No. 33/NQ-CP of the Government and guiding documents of the Ministry of Construction on determining the list of projects, subjects, conditions and criteria for preferential loans for the development of social housing, workers' housing, renovation and reconstruction of apartments.
According to the instructions, the People's Committee at the provincial level is responsible for reviewing, checking legal procedures, making a list of projects to build social housing, workers' housing, renovate and rebuild apartments to publicly announce on the province's Electronic Information Portal, helping banks have a basis to apply for loans under the VND120,000 billion credit program.
Based on reviewing projects being implemented in the area, Hung Yen Department of Construction has prepared a list of two projects eligible for preferential loans, specifically:
The social housing project in Area A and Area B, residential area of Vu Phuc commune (now Vu Phuc ward, Hung Yen province), invested by Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company. The project has been approved for investment and land allocation to build social housing in Vu Phuc ward.
The social housing construction investment project is located on the planned land of Phu Xuan commune residential area (now Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province), invested by Dam San Joint Stock Company. The project has been approved for investment policy, adjustment and land allocation to implement the construction of social housing areas in the area.
The public announcement of this list aims to create conditions for investors and home buyers in projects to access preferential loans, while helping banks have a basis to apply for loans under the VND120,000 billion credit program.
The Department of Construction has reported and requested the Provincial People's Committee to publicly announce the list of the two projects on the Provincial Electronic Information Portal, and at the same time send a document to the State Bank of Vietnam and the Ministry of Construction for monitoring and synthesis.
