Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to announce information on the social housing construction investment project in Pham Kham and Minh Hai villages, Nhu Quynh commune to call on investors to register to participate in implementation.
Accordingly, the project is implemented in the area of two villages Pham Kham and Minh Hai. The land area is bordered by the Bun River to the North, the existing residential area of Minh Hai village to the South, agricultural land to the East and Ring Road 4 and resettlement area to the West.
The project has a land use scale of about 12.83ha, with a total expected construction floor area of about 236,800m2. The current status of the land area is mainly agricultural land and traffic land, internal field irrigation.
The project's objective is to contribute to the implementation of the project to build 1 million social housing apartments according to Decision No. 338/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2023 of the Prime Minister, and at the same time meet the social housing development target for the period 2026–2030 according to Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP dated January 12, 2026 of the Government.
In addition, the project also concretizes the Hung Yen Provincial Housing Development Program for the period 2021-2030 and the local social housing development plan to 2030; aiming to form a synchronous social housing area in terms of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, meeting the housing needs of policy beneficiaries.
According to the general plan of Van Lam district (old) approved earlier, the land area for project implementation is identified as residential land in new urban areas.
The total estimated investment of the project is about 2,771 billion VND. The implementation period is within 3 years from the date of land allocation. Investors participating in the project will enjoy preferential mechanisms and policies according to current regulations.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Information - Conference Center to disclose project information on the Provincial People's Committee's Electronic Information Portal and the Department of Construction's electronic information page; and at the same time be responsible for the content and ensure that the disclosure is in accordance with legal regulations.
