The project is implemented in Ngoc Da village, Nhu Quynh commune, bordered to the North and East by Ngoc Da village residential area, to the South by the factory belonging to Tan Quang Industrial Park, and to the West by Chi Trung village residential area.
The project's objective is to contribute to the implementation of the project to build 1 million social housing apartments according to Decision 338/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, and at the same time meet the social housing development target for the period 2026-2030 according to Resolution 07/NQ-CP.
The project is also part of the housing development program of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2030, aiming to form a synchronous social housing area with technical and social infrastructure, serving policy beneficiaries according to regulations.
According to the plan, the land area is about 6.06ha, of which the housing construction area is about 2.77ha. The current status is mainly crop land, partly factory land, perennial crop land and inter-field traffic land. The land has been planned as new urban residential land according to the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of Van Lam district center.
The total estimated investment of the project is more than 1,875 billion VND. The implementation period is within 3 years from the date of land allocation. Participating investors will enjoy preferential mechanisms and support according to current regulations and the province's social housing development policy.
Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction will receive project registration dossiers within 30 days from the date of information posting. Dossiers are received at the One-Stop Shop of the Department of Construction located at the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center.
