On the afternoon of November 5, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the ceremony to announce the Decision to receive and appoint the Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate with Party Central Committee member and Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Quoc Doan.
Previously, implementing the direction of the Politburo, the Prime Minister issued a Decision to receive and appoint Central Party Committee member, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Quoc Doan to hold the position of Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.
Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan on being trusted by the Party and State to take on important positions at the Government Inspectorate.
This is a timely and necessary addition of personnel for the Inspectorate, in the context of the whole country preparing for the 14th National Party Congress and his predecessor, comrade Nguyen Van Quang, has just been appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court.
The Prime Minister emphasized that being trusted by the Party and State to take on the new working position is a great confidence and expectation of the Party and State, and at the same time a great pride, along with a great responsibility for Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan himself.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan is a well-trained cadre with in-depth expertise in the security sector; has extensive practical experience with more than 27 years of work, having held many positions at the central and local levels such as: Director of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police (now Hue City); Deputy Secretary of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee (now Hue City); Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court.
The Prime Minister assessed that in any working position, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan always demonstrated political mettle and strong ideology, exemplary, dynamic, creative, constantly striving, completing all tasks assigned by the Party, State, and people excellently; making positive contributions to the development of the industry, locality and the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
The Prime Minister believes that in his new position with many new challenges, but with his courage, experience, qualities and pure ethics, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan will, together with the Party Committee, leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the inspection sector, continue to promote and inherit the precious tradition of the sector, excellently complete all assigned tasks, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland and the people.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan expressed his emotion and gratitude to the Politburo, the Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam, the Government Party Committee and the Prime Minister for their trust in assigning, receiving and appointing him to the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan affirmed that this is both a great honor for the individual and a task assigned by the Party, the Government and the people.
In his new position, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan would like to accept and fully implement the Prime Minister's instructions; will strive to do his best, strive even more, with the highest sense of responsibility, constantly study, practice, cultivate, follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and the teachings of the person "inspectors are like an example for others to look up, if there are few, they cannot be examined".
