The draw for the 2024-2025 UEFA Champions League qualifiers has determined the opponents in the round of 16.
Notably, the Madrid derby between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. The two teams are also in a tense championship race in La Liga.
In addition, Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich will create a German derby. With the new format, teams in the knockout round can still meet teams from the same federation, or have met in the qualifying round.
PSG and Liverpool promise to create one of the most unpredictable matches, as both teams are leading the national championship. Barcelona will meet Benfica, an opponent they met in the qualifying round. There, Barca won a crazy victory with a score of 5-4.

Bayern Munich/Bayer Leverkusen will play at home against Inter/ Feyenoord
Home of the semi-finals
PSV, Arsenal, Real Madrid or Atletico will play at home in the first leg of the semi-final, against PSG, Liverpool, Club Brugge or Aston Villa.
Benfica, Barcelona, Dortmund or Lille will play at home in the first leg against Bayern, Leverkusen, Feyenoord or Inter.
