According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Van Phan is responsible for fully performing his duties and powers according to regulations; responsible before the law, the District People's Committee and the Chairman of the District People's Committee for the assigned tasks during the management period.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on April 29, Chairman of Phu Xuyen District People's Committee Le Van Binh signed a decision to temporarily suspend Mr. Le Van Am - Chairman of Hong Thai Commune People's Committee from work.
Mr. Le Van Loa was suspended from executing the People's Committee of the commune to focus on directing, organizing overcoming and handling violations in the field of land management, construction order in the locality at the request of the District Standing Committee and the inspection conclusions of the interdisciplinary working group.
Mr. Am is responsible for promptly handing over all tasks of the People's Committee of Hong Thai Commune to the person assigned to be in charge.
On the same day, the Chairman of Phu Xuyen District People's Committee also issued Official Dispatch No. 02, requesting communes, towns and competent agencies to strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations arising, especially during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.
The dispatch clearly stated: Although the district has strengthened the direction of tightening land management and construction order, in some localities that are about to be merged, there is still a situation of avoiding and being lenient in handling, leading to violations. The organization of enforcement and handling of violations in some places still faces many difficulties and problems.
To completely overcome this situation, the Chairman of Phu Xuyen District People's Committee requested the Chairmen of Committees of communes and towns to take full responsibility to the District Party Committee and District People's Committee if violations occur in land management and construction order. In particular, special attention should be paid to inspection and supervision of public land areas, unused agricultural land, ponds and lakes - locations at high risk of encroachment - and proactively propose effective management plans to prevent re-offending.
