According to Decision No. 5735/QD-UBND, the Hanoi People's Committee will hand over more than 4,903 square meters of land in Phuong Duc commune to the Phu Xuyen district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Lo Cua Dinh area, Xuan La village, Phuong Duc commune.
Of the total area of more than 4,903m2, 1,788.5m2 of land will be used to build traffic works and technical infrastructure, and 3,114.7m2 will be auctioned for residential land use rights according to regulations.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Phu Xuyen District People's Committee to work with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on site. Organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. At the same time, prepare and approve the master plan drawing to ensure no interleaved land areas, and use land economically and effectively.
Organize the auction of land use rights to ensure compliance with legal regulations, publicity, transparency and efficiency. Use land for the correct purpose, boundary and area as specified above; implement investment projects in accordance with legal regulations.
Assign the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment to guide procedures for determining boundary markers and handing over land on the field, granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land.
