On September 17, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province announced the public sale price of CT-01 social housing area belonging to land plot CT-01, An Binh Tan urban area, Nam Nha Trang ward.
Accordingly, the CT-01 social housing project was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to the investor Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company in Decision No. 1614/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2025.
The project selling price construction dossier has been appraised by the Institute of Economics - Ministry of Construction.
The selling price continues to be adjusted according to the appraisal results in the report dated September 16, 2026. Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company has approved and adjusted the selling price in decisions issued in 2026.
Based on relevant regulations, the Department of Construction proposes that the Provincial People's Committee publicize the selling price of CT-01 social housing area belonging to land plot CT-01, An Binh Tan urban area, Nam Nha Trang ward with project information and announce the selling price.
The project has a total of 772 social housing apartments. The announced price is 24,688,008 VND/m2, the price includes 5% VAT, but does not include maintenance costs.
According to the Department of Construction, the above price is calculated with a Ki=1 coefficient. The actual selling price according to each apartment location is determined according to the Ki coefficient, detailed in the appendices attached to the selling price appraisal results of the Institute of Economics - Ministry of Construction.
Previously, in July 2026, the selling price of social housing at the CT-02 project in the same An Binh Tan Urban Area was also made public.
According to the provisional announced price, social housing CT-02 has a price before adjusting the Ki location coefficient of 22,873,561 VND/m2, excluding 5% VAT (the price includes 5% VAT of 24,077,433 VND/m2).
The announced price of CT-02 social housing also does not include 2% maintenance costs.
In 2025, Khanh Hoa province completed about 3,023 social housing units. To date, there are 10 completed projects and 12 social housing projects that have started construction and are being implemented in the province.
