On August 12, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee just issued a decision to announce information on projects identified for investment in social housing construction in the province.
Accordingly, the project announced is Vinh Hoa Social Housing Area, at land plot code HH-07 under the Planning Adjustment Project for the Northern Residential Area of Provincial Road 3, Phuoc Dong - Vinh Thai commune, Nha Trang, now belonging to Nam Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province. The land area is about 2.39ha.
The project's goal is to build a social housing area to meet the housing needs of low-income people, workers and laborers.
According to published information, the area proposed for project implementation currently has about 55 land plots, of which 21 households have houses and works on the land affected when the project is implemented.
The affected land area includes about 1,200m2 of residential land and 22,656.1m2 of perennial crop land. The total land area expected to be recovered is about 2.39ha. Compensation and site clearance costs are estimated at about 43 billion VND.
The total estimated investment of Vinh Hoa Social Housing Area is about 728 billion VND.
It is expected that the project will be fully completed and put into use within 2 years from the date of land allocation, at the latest by the end of 2030.
According to the decision of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the deadline for receiving project implementation registration dossiers is 30 days from the date the announced decision is signed and issued.
Interested investors can submit applications directly at the headquarters of Khanh Hoa Department of Construction (No. 4 Phan Chu Trinh, Nha Trang ward) or send applications by post.
The dossier components are implemented according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 7 of Decree No. 192/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025 of the Government.
After the deadline for public disclosure ends, the Department of Construction will receive and appraise the dossier requesting investment policy approval and assign it to the investor.
In case only one investor submits a dossier and meets the conditions according to regulations, the Department of Construction will organize appraisal and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for decision to approve the investment policy and assign it to the investor.
If there are 2 or more investors meeting the requirements, the Department of Construction will organize an assessment according to the criteria and priority order specified in Decree No. 192/2025/ND-CP, before submitting it to the Provincial People's Committee for decision.
The project enjoys incentives and support for social housing according to current legal regulations.
