At the thematic session of the 7th Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, delegates approved the Resolution to include in the list of land plots that will be auctioned to select investors to implement projects using land in the province.
Khanh Hoa province plans to conduct bidding to select investors for two major projects including Nha Trang International General Hospital and VinDT Nha Trang Vocational Education Center, driving test.
Building Nha Trang International General Hospital
The Nha Trang International General Hospital project is expected to be implemented on a land area of 20,023m2 belonging to a part of the land lot marked BV03 in My Gia Urban Area, Vinh Thai Commune, Nha Trang City.
According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, the hospital will be built with the goal of becoming a high-tech medical facility, specializing in acute specialties such as stroke, cardiovascular disease and early cancer screening, meeting international treatment standards. At the same time, the hospital also participates in health insurance (HI) examination and treatment and provides inpatient and outpatient medical examination and treatment services.
The hospital is expected to have a minimum of 30 general examination tables, serving from 1,000 to 1,500 outpatients per day. The dormitory is designed with 200 beds, focusing on emergency emergency emergency care and intervention for cardiovascular stroke.
In particular, the project aims to serve not only local people but also expand the scale of service to the entire South Central and Central Highlands regions, taking Khanh Hoa as the cardiovascular stroke emergency center.
Building a Vocational Education and Driving Test Center
The VinDT Nha Trang Vocational Education and Driving Testing Center project will be implemented on a 49,840m2 land plot in Vinh Luong commune, Nha Trang city.
This center aims to train safe and professional drivers, ensuring that learners have the right driving skills and handle real-life traffic situations well. In addition, the center also applies modern technology such as driver simulation and automatic monitoring systems.
In particular, the center will aim at training according to international standards and sustainable development, focusing on electric driving training.
At the same time, providing professional courses for transport drivers and technology vehicles, contributing to improving the quality of labor in the local transport sector.
According to the plan, Khanh Hoa province will conduct bidding to select investors for both of the above projects in the period from the first quarter to the second quarter of 2025. This is an important step forward to develop the infrastructure of health care and vocational education in the locality, contributing to improving the quality of services and people's lives.
