The goal is to complete key zoning plans in June 2025, aiming to cover the entire zoning plan in 2025, as required by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.
The Department of Construction continues to be assigned the task of monitoring, urging and guiding units during the implementation process. In case of problems beyond their authority, the department must promptly report to the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for handling, ensuring progress and quality according to the set plan.
According to the report of the Department of Construction, as of April 2025, Khanh Hoa province has 92 planning projects, of which 10 projects have been approved (including 1 district construction plan and 9 zoning plans).
The remaining 81 projects are being implemented in localities. In which, TP. Nha Trang: 23 projects, TP. Cam Ranh: 10 projects, Dien Khanh district: 16 projects, Ninh Hoa town: 10 projects, Van Phong Economic Zone: 17 projects, Cam Lam districts: 4 projects, Khanh Son: 8 projects, Vinh Vinh: 1 project, Van Ninh: 1 project.
As for a general urban planning project of Khanh Hoa urban area until 2045, with a vision to 2035, it is temporarily suspended according to the instructions of the Ministry of Construction and the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
The urgent completion of the planning system will be an important premise for Khanh Hoa to promote investment attraction and develop the socio-economy in a synchronous and sustainable manner.
