On the morning of September 10, Cao Bang province held a ceremony to attach the signboard of the Head Office of departments, branches and sectors to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
The ceremony was attended by comrades: Le Hai Hoa - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Be Thanh Tinh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vu Dinh Quang - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and representatives of leaders of departments and branches.
The project started at the end of 2022 and was completed in April 2025 with a total investment of 720 billion VND. The building consists of 9 floors above ground, 1 basement, with a usable area of over 43,000 m2, equipped with modern technical systems, infrastructure and interior, meeting the concentrated working needs of departments and branches.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa emphasized that the project is not only a spacious headquarters but also a symbol of the spirit of innovation, determined to build a professional and effective government apparatus to serve the people.
He suggested that management units use cost-effective, environmentally friendly works and staff continue to improve their capacity and work responsibly.
The project is assessed to have modern architecture, with highlights and symbols, and the new working headquarters of departments, branches and sectors of Cao Bang province is expected to contribute to improving the effectiveness of management.
