The project of building working headquarters for departments, branches and sectors (inter-agency) of Cao Bang province has a total investment of over 720 billion VND, implementation period from 2022-2025.
Recorded on January 22, this hundred billion VND building is under construction at lot HC.3 in the Provincial Administrative Center (De Tham New Urban Area, Cao Bang City). The project started in January 2023 and is expected to be completed and put into use around the second quarter of 2025.
The headquarters of departments, agencies and branches are built opposite the new headquarters of the People's Committee - People's Council of Cao Bang province.
These days, the working atmosphere at the construction site is urgent. In addition to the construction, the workers also clean up both inside the building and outside the project area. According to observations, most of the items have been completed, new paint has been applied, fire protection and air conditioning systems have appeared.
Mr. Ly Van Quang (residing in De Tham ward, Cao Bang city) - shared: "The project is very beautiful, looks majestic and is symmetrical with the provincial People's Committee headquarters, so both buildings look new and modern".
The investor of the project to build the complex building is the Cao Bang Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board.
Evaluated as a project with modern architecture, highlighting and symbolizing, the new headquarters of departments, branches and sectors of Cao Bang province is expected to contribute to improving the effectiveness of management work.
The scale of this headquarters project includes 9 floors above ground, 1 basement and 1 attic floor. The total floor area is about 43,100m2, this project will be the headquarters and reception place for nearly 20 departments, agencies and branches of Cao Bang province. Many people liken the building to the "super headquarters" of the locality, when most of the departments and agencies will be transferred here to work.
According to the project investor, the project has completed most of the items, the most important item is fire prevention and fighting, the unit is waiting for the competent authority to accept it. When this system is completed, the building can be ready for operation, and can even operate earlier than the original schedule.
