Thai Binh Ward People's Committee (Hung Yen province) has just organized coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for violations in Tien Phong residential group 3 - 4, according to the decision of the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee.
Accordingly, functional forces have demolished illegal construction works on agricultural land (rice land) of some households, including Mr. Phan Van Vinh, Mr. Khieu Xuan He, Mr. Tran Ngoc Luan, Mr. Nguyen Cong Kha and Mr. Khieu Duc Hieu.
These cases previously did not comply with the coercive decision forcing the application of remedial measures of competent authorities.
The property to be coerced includes 4 corrugated iron roof houses and 1 container belonging to the above-mentioned households. The organization of coercion is carried out in accordance with regulations to thoroughly handle the violation situation and restore the original land use status.

For construction materials such as sand, stone and related assets, the Ward People's Committee requests households and individuals to self-clear and restore the land to its original state as before the violation. Completion deadline is before April 15, 2026.
Thai Binh Ward People's Committee also clearly stated that if households do not comply, functional agencies will continue to handle according to the provisions of law. All related damages will be borne by households and individuals themselves.
