Concrete mixers, scaffolding, and lifts operate continuously. Some intermediate floors have completed plastering, starting to switch to interior completion. The surrounding area is leveled, and gradually landscapes are formed.

Mr. Ly Van Quynh - a resident of Lao Cai ward - said that when the project is completed, the area will be crowded and the services will develop more.

We support it because social housing helps many people reduce the scene of renting rooms. In recent months, seeing it build quickly, everyone hopes to soon see a new spacious house springing up on the poetic Red River bank," Mr. Quynh shared.
