On May 11, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is coordinating with specialized departments of the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City and the People's Committee of An Binh Ward to count land and assets attached to land of 3 companies in priority locations including: T.M Group Joint Stock Company with a total land area of 16.9 hectares, assets on the land including 10 factories and 2 offices...; B.H Consumer Goods Joint Stock Company with a total land area of 17.72 hectares; B.B.C Bien Hoa Factory with a total land area of 3.48 hectares.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center is conducting a counting and measuring of each project item, expected to be completed before May 15.
Also according to information from the Provincial Land Fund Development Center on the progress of compensation, support, and resettlement to convert the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (Bien Hoa City), up to now, the Provincial People's Committee has reclaimed and assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to manage 12.02 hectares.
The entire area of the proposed functional conversion of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has a total area of about 320.5 hectares.
Previously, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued Decision No. 324/QD-UBND dated February 5, 2024 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approving the project to convert Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 into Urban - Trade - Service Area and improve the environment.
