Real estate businesses also have special expectations for the completion of the national land database by 2025, as an important foundation to help improve the ability to accurately price all market participants.
With specific orientations and solutions, Resolution 68-NQ/TW is expected to be a strong boost for the real estate sector, removing bottlenecks in institutions, land and administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for businesses to operate and develop sustainably in the new period.
On May 4, 2025, the Politburo issued Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development, marking an important turning point in promoting the role of this region in the national economy. In particular, for the real estate sector, the Resolution opens up many expectations for institutional reform, creating favorable conditions for businesses to operate and develop sustainably.
Resolution 68 clearly states: The private economy is the most important driving force of the national economy; a pioneer in developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation. This is the first time that the private economic sector has been identified as the most important driving force of the national economy.
One of the highlights of Resolution 68 is the goal of completing the National Land Database by 2025. This will create a foundation for accurate and transparent land valuation, helping to eliminate speculation and price manipulation in the real estate market. The company expects that, with complete and transparent data, the land valuation mechanism will be comprehensively reformed, creating a more fair and stable business environment.
