On September 7, Mr. Nguyen Nhat Quang - Director of the Housing Management Center, Department of Construction of Lam Dong province said that the unit has just announced a list of 27 houses and land for rent using the competitive bidding method.
These are facilities that were used as headquarters of agencies and units in Gia Nghia, Phan Thiet and some other localities.
After arrangement, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province assigned the Housing Management Center to receive, manage and develop a lease plan according to regulations.
In Gia Nghia area, the old Dak Nong Newspaper Headquarters on Tran Hung Dao street, Dong Gia Nghia ward has a land area of 3,287m2, floor area of 1,671m2, rental price of more than 299 million VND/year.
The old Dak Nong Provincial Conference Center in Dong Gia Nghia ward has a land area of more than 16,000m2, a floor area of more than 6,000m2, and a rental price of nearly 1.8 billion VND/year.
The old Dak Nong Sub-Department of Food Safety headquarters has an area of 2,400m2, with a rent of more than 299 million VND/year.
The old headquarters of Dak Nong Department of Industry and Trade in Nam Gia Nghia ward has an area of 3,200m2, with a rent of more than 275 million VND/year.
The old Dak Nong Department of Science and Technology headquarters has an area of 6,295m2, with a rent of more than 766 million VND/year.
In Phan Thiet, the old Binh Thuan Newspaper headquarters in Phu Thuy ward has an area of 2,466m2, with a rental price of nearly 1.7 billion VND/year.
The old Binh Thuan Cooperative Alliance headquarters in Phan Thiet ward is 112m2 wide, with a rent of more than 88 million VND/year.
The old Phan Thiet City People's Court headquarters in Phan Thiet ward has an area of more than 1,000m2, with a rent of more than 257 million VND/year.
From mid-2025, Lam Dong province will be formed on the basis of merging Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong, with an area of 24,233km2 and a population of about 3.9 million people.
According to the Lam Dong Housing Management Center, after arrangement, the unit was handed over 139 house and land facilities by the Provincial People's Committee.
To date, 50 facilities have been temporarily assigned to the police and military for management and exploitation according to regulations; 21 facilities have been signed contracts for organizations and individuals to lease.
The remaining facilities continue to be managed by the Housing Management Center and carry out lease notification procedures according to regulations.
