Lam Dong reclaims 14,172m2 of land in Da Huoai Forestry Company

    Lam Dong - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a notice to reclaim 14,172m2 of land voluntarily returned by Da Huoai Forestry One Member Co., Ltd.

    On March 29, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a notice on the recovery of 14,172m2 of land in Ha Lam commune, Da Huoai district.

    This land was previously leased to Da Huoai Forestry (now Da Huoai Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. under decisions from 2003 and 2004.

    The reason for the revocation is that the enterprise voluntarily returns the land according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law. According to the announcement, Da Huoai Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. has 45 days to process assets on the land before Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issues an official recovery decision.
