Lam Dong requests Da Lat and Bao Loc to urgently build social housing

On March 31, information from Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that the unit had just issued a document (No. 2780/UBND-XD) to the Department of Construction, Da Lat City People's Committee and Bao Loc on the urgent implementation of instructions related to the implementation of social housing projects in the area.

Previously, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has issued many directives related to the implementation of social housing in the province.

However, the report of the Department of Construction shows that the content of the reports of the People's Committees of Da Lat and Bao Loc cities on the social housing project has not met the set content. Therefore, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested Da Lat City People's Committee and Bao Loc to seriously carry out the assigned tasks.

The People's Committees of Da Lat City and Bao Loc are fully responsible to the People's Committees of Lam Dong Province for the delay in reporting and reporting that do not meet requirements.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requests Da Lat City People's Committee and Bao Loc City People's Committee to report to the unit through the Department of Construction before April 4, 2025.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee directs the Department of Construction to work with the Department of Finance, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Da Lat City People's Committee, Bao Loc City People's Committee to review, synthesize, and propose to ensure compliance with the province's instructions.

This must be reported to Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee before April 11, 2025. The Department of Construction must stop requesting the Provincial People's Committee to direct tasks under the responsibility of the Department of Construction.
