Accordingly, the Department of Construction is assigned to take the lead in coordinating with agencies, units and localities to strictly control the entire process from investment, construction to information disclosure, receiving and reviewing dossiers; and at the same time manage the sale, lease, and lease-purchase of social housing activities in accordance with legal regulations, to prevent policy profiteering or negativity in subject review.
Along with that, the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committees of communes and wards strengthened the supervision of project construction, especially transportation and dumping activities; ensuring compliance with regulations on environmental protection, labor safety, traffic safety and fire prevention and fighting.
Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee also requested to promote propaganda and publicize information about social housing projects, procedures for receiving dossiers and appraising beneficiaries so that people can easily access and grasp official information.
This locality also warned people to raise their vigilance against advertising information such as "diplomatic quotas", "making documents to ensure winnings" to avoid being exploited by subjects for fraud and appropriation of property.
The Provincial Police are assigned to take the lead in coordinating with relevant units to strengthen grasping the situation, ensuring security and order in the field of social housing; promptly detect, investigate and strictly handle violations of the law, taking advantage of policies for personal gain or committing acts of fraud and appropriation of property.
