The planning project also proposes solutions to organize space, architecture and urban landscape; develop a public space system in residential areas and community tourism space.
In addition, the planning focuses on technical infrastructure systems, especially solutions to connect traffic with the central area through inland waterway wharves, to ensure convenience for people's lives and tourism development.
According to the People's Committee of Nha Trang Ward, the zoning plan will be the basis for managing and controlling the development of urban functional areas, investing in the construction of technical infrastructure systems such as transportation, water supply and drainage, electricity supply for daily life, and lighting.
At the same time, it will serve as a legal basis for the establishment and implementation of investment projects and construction management according to approved planning.
In the spirit of democracy and responsibility, people in the two residential groups in the planning area participated in the discussion, contributed many direct opinions and approved the votes to collect opinions on the Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) for the islands in Nha Trang Bay.
According to the plan, the time to collect public opinions will last until December 22, 2025.
