On the evening of May 28, information from the People's Committee of Dong Ve Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province said that the police are coordinating with functional forces to examine the scene to clarify the incident of a woman dying unexpectedly at a clinic.
According to initial information, on May 28, Ms. L.T.L. (born 29, residing in Minh Nghia commune, Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province) went to the Forensic Clinic (at 69, Le Thanh Tong street, Dong Ve ward, Thanh Hoa city) for a collarbone surgery.
Early in the afternoon of the same day, the family received information that Ms. L. had died at the clinic.
After the incident, the functional forces of Dong Ve ward and the professional units of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police arrived at the scene to investigate and clarify the incident.
According to the victim's family, Mrs. L. went to her son's house to play before, and when she returned, she fell off her motorbike and broke her collarbone. Ms. L. went to the hospital for examination, then was taken to the clinic for collarbone surgery when the incident occurred.
The case is currently being investigated and clarified by the police.
