According to the recent review results of the Dak Lak Department of Finance, there are 14 projects including headquarters and public housing managed by this unit.
Of which, 11 projects have been closed and 3 projects are being handed over to some units for use.
Notably, most of the closed projects are located in prime locations in Buon Ma Thuot City.
For example, the old headquarters of Buon Ma Thuot Airport (old) is located at 65-67 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street; the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak Province (old), at 2 Quang Trung Street;
Employment Service Center, under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (old), at 57 Phan Chu Trinh Street;
Property auction service center (old) at 262 Phan Chu Trinh street; headquarters of the National Academy of Public Administration in Dak Lak at 57 Pham Van Dong street...
Many long- abandoned headquarters have shown signs of deterioration.
