Starting from January 7, Hanoi and many localities across the country officially applied the new land use right certificate form, integrating QR code.
According to the Hanoi Land Registration Office, this is an important step in administrative reform and modernization of land management.
The QR code integrated into the land use right certificate helps store and display information quickly and accurately. When scanning the QR code, people and authorities can easily access information about the land user, area, purpose of use and legal status of the land plot. This helps reduce errors and shorten the time to look up information, instead of having to flip through each page of the certificate as before.
Deputy Director of the Hanoi Land Registration Office Pham Van Tinh said that applying QR codes is also a solution to make land information transparent and reduce the risk of document forgery.
Not only supporting people, QR codes on certificates also help management agencies improve work efficiency. The information is linked to the national land data system, allowing officials to access information in a short time, reducing manual work.
In addition, the use of QR codes also supports the tracking and management of land changes, such as transfers, subdivisions or changes in land use purposes. Through QR codes, this information can be easily updated and checked, creating favorable conditions for both people and businesses.
The application of QR codes on land use right certificates is part of the national digital transformation strategy. QR codes not only help modernize land management, but also contribute to promoting online public services. People can look up information via smartphones, minimizing the need to go directly to administrative agencies.
In addition, QR codes also support the coordination process between authorities, especially in the appraisal of documents and settlement of land disputes. Instead of requiring the submission of a series of hard copies of documents, QR code information can help relevant parties check online, saving time and costs.
Deputy Director of the Hanoi Land Registration Office Pham Van Tinh affirmed that applying QR codes on land use right certificates is an important stepping stone towards comprehensive digitalization of land management in Hanoi.
The city aims to integrate all land information into a synchronous data system, connecting with related sectors, such as construction, tax and banking. This is the foundation for building a sustainable and advanced land management environment in the digital age.
