Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision to allow Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company to adjust the name of the land user, extend land use, and change the purpose of use of 68,382.9 m2 of land at 148 Giang Vo (Giang Vo Ward, Ba Dinh District) to implement the project of a mixed-use complex of trade, service, and cultural centers.
Accordingly, the name of the land user is adjusted from Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center One Member Co., Ltd. to Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company.
At the same time, the land use term for Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company was extended. The land use term was extended from January 30, 2018 (the land lease expiration date according to Decision No. 5454/QD-UBND of the City People's Committee) until the City People's Committee signed the decision to change the land use purpose.
Allow Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company to change the purpose of use of 68,382.9 m2 of extended land to commercial and service purposes to implement the project of Mixed-use Complex of Trade, Service and Cultural Centers according to the decision approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving the investor No. 6452/QD-UBND dated December 17, 2024.
Of the total 68,382.9 m2 of land, there are 40,435.2 m2 of mixed-use land combining commercial service area, office business, including land lots HH-01, HH-02, TM-01, TM-02, TM 03, CX-01, GT2 with 4 basements built below; land lots TM-04 to TM-08.
There are 8,814.5 m2 of land for inter-level school at the land plot marked GD; 19,133.2 m2 of land for trees and traffic.
The City People's Committee assigned Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company to be responsible for using the leased land area within the boundary and in accordance with regulations; locating the construction works in accordance with the approved planning and construction permit; implementing the investment project in accordance with the provisions of the law on land, investment, construction, environment and regulations of the City People's Committee.
