Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed a decision to hand over 4,903.2 square meters of land in Phuong Duc commune, Phu Xuyen district to Phu Xuyen district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Lo Cua Dinh area, Xuan La village, Phuong Duc commune, Phu Xuyen district.
The location and boundaries of the land plot limited by the following landmarks: H1, H2, H3, K6, K7, K8, K9, K10, K11, K12, 1, 2, K13, K14, K15, K16, K17, K18, K1 to H1 are determined in the adjusted Master Plan Drawing at a scale of 1/500 of the project to build technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Lo Cua Dinh area, prepared by Hanoi Construction and Trade Development Consulting Joint Stock Company, confirmed by Phu Xuyen District People's Committee on November 2, 2021.
In the total area of 4,903.2m2 of land, there are 3,114.7m2 of residential land (including land lots with symbols DG-A, DG-B, DG-C) for management and organization of land use rights auctions according to regulations; 1,788.5m2 of land for traffic and technical infrastructure.
Phu Xuyen District People's Committee (Phu Xuyen District Land Fund Development Center) is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on site; Organize the implementation of technical infrastructure construction according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure.
Phu Xuyen District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing to ensure that there is no interleaved land area and that land is used economically and effectively. Prepare a plan for auctioning land use rights and submit it to the competent authority for approval and organize the auction of land use rights in accordance with the correct order and procedures.
At the same time, guide the auction winner to fulfill financial obligations, register land use rights, prepare documents to apply for a Construction Permit and a Certificate of Land Use Rights, House Ownership Rights and other assets attached to the land according to regulations. Use the land for the correct purpose, boundary, and area specified above; implement investment projects according to the provisions of law.
