Talking to Lao Dong reporter, Mr. Pham Duc Vien (Son La) said that at the end of round 8, there were 4 winning lots with the highest price up to 103 million VND/m3.
Compared to the auction on August 19, the organization of this auction was more scientific and methodical. However, the winning price level in this auction was still too high.
"The winning price is now beyond my ability to pay, so I decided to stop the auction," said Mr. Vien.
Ms. N.T.T (Hoai Duc, Hanoi) said that she and her husband participated in the auction of 2 plots of land to live on. However, the plot of land she participated in the auction exceeded 97 million VND/m2, so she decided to give up. Currently, there are still nearly a hundred people participating in the auction, so it is predicted that the prices of the plots of land will continue to be pushed up.
According to the reporter's records, many people have prepared food such as dumplings, lunch boxes, and banh mi to provide food for their families and teammates participating in the auction.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai (Hanoi) said that before participating in the auction, she predicted that this auction would last long, so she prepared food in advance in case the auction lasted late at night.
20 plots of land (LK01 and LK02) were put up for auction today under the Technical Infrastructure Project for auctioning land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city, taking place at 8:00 a.m. this morning, November 4. The starting price is 7,300,000 VND/m2/plot of land.
The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of 89 - 145 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is equal to 20% of the auctioned plot value according to the approved starting price, equivalent to 130.8 million to nearly 212.6 million VND.
The auction is a direct voting method with a minimum of 6 rounds of ascending bids. The common step price for all plots of land is 6 million VND/m2.
