The auction of 20 plots of land (LK01 and LK02) under the Technical Infrastructure Project for auctioning land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city took place at 8:00 a.m. this morning. The starting price is 7,300,000 VND/m2/plot of land.
The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of 89 - 145 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is equal to 20% of the auctioned plot value according to the approved starting price, equivalent to 130.8 million to nearly 212.6 million VND.
The auction is a direct voting method with a minimum of 6 rounds of ascending bids. The common step price for all plots of land is 6 million VND/m2.
Sharing with Lao Dong, Mr. L.H.T (Hanoi) said that in this auction, he and his group participated in the auction of all 20 plots of land for residence and investment. He predicted that the highest price in this auction could reach 160-170 million VND/m2.
"Even if the auction lasts until dawn today, I am still willing to participate in the auction until the end," said Mr. L.H.T.
Mr. N.V.Q (Hanoi) shared that today he also participated in the auction of all 20 plots of land today. He predicted that today's auction would not be as hot as the auction on August 19 and that there would be a price fever because today the number of people participating in the auction was much smaller.
Previously, on August 19, Hoai Duc district organized an auction of 19 land lots in LK03 and LK04 areas of Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune. After 20 hours with 9 rounds of bidding, land lot LK03-12 had the highest winning price of up to 133.3 million VND/m2, more than 18 times higher than the starting price. This land lot has an area of 113m2, so the total value of the whole lot is 15 billion VND.
Other plots of land have winning prices from 91.3 million VND/m2 to 127.3 million VND/m2.
